Hi Michele,

Just a little note to let you know how Heidi is doing. As you can see, she has made herself at home and allows me to share my bed with her. She has come so far as being sociable. She was so shy & fearful around anyone outside the family when we first got her. Well, tonight, she went with me to watch DJ play baseball and she was so good! No begging to go home, no nervousness, she didn't bark once at anybody, she was actually going up to children so they could pet her. I think she finally figured out that being nice gets her more loving and she loves that! Tomorrow, she and Hercules are going to a dog daycare center which I will be using as a kennel for when I am away this summer. They like the dogs to spend the day before they stay so they can evaluate them. As long as Heidi has a quiet place, she will be fine since she has shown herself to be totally people centered and tends to ignore other animals.

Attached is a photo of Frisco and his new family Betty and Vicki. Frisco will have a couple of cat brothers and sisters and it looks like we may be adding Betty to our volunteer list! Frisco is a lucky boy.

Hey Mag and Nancy,

Check out Lexi's new home!!!!!! Her sister is dressed in her biker gear (Killer with her goggles and coat. Lexi went to an awesome home where she will be boating, and living the upper class life (eh hmm) I tried to get them to adopt me too but they wouldn't go for it!!! Well, she slept on the floor for a half hour before she climbed into bed and slept there like she it was hers. Killer seem to like her they play from time to time. She has a bit of the runs but after all day just the 2 of them the house is still in tact.
I attached pic of Killer and Lexi, the girls and Michele and Killer in her goggles.

Trust me Lexi has a good home.

My nephew is a tattoo artist. It took him two years to finish this, but he gave it to me for my birthday on Sunday. I am having it framed, it is about 15 x 24 and a gorgeous pencil sketch of my kids.

I cried when he gave it to me. Mag, please post on the web site. I am so proud of it.

Mag attached is a photo of Skippy's new family. They will be changing his name to Caesar and I think he will be spoiled rotten. They just lost their dog Kipper and decided to quickly fill the void with another dog. Skippy is very lucky.

Rocky went to his forever home today!! He will be living in Toms River with his new mommy!!! Attached are some pictures also that his new mom sent me tonite he looks pretty happy there!!!!!! :) Thanks Love Mish IMPS NJ

This funny little man is perfectly comfortable here. Right now he is curled up behind me on the loveseat in my den. He has been nestling in my arms each time I sit in a soft chair - I think he likes it here. He has been playing and running and smiling and kissing and loving having his belly rubbed along with his legs, head and all 4 paws. Thanx so much again and again. I'll tell you about him as time passes. Martha

More pics for the saluki page this is my baby Lexi who was adopted by my cousin, she is in the pictures with her sister Killer (Lexi is the one in the back with big airplane ears) then they are playing tug of war!!!! She is so happy!!! She went from being in a crate all day away from everyone (with previous owners) to knowing what love and life really is like!!! And she is only a few months old.........
