here are a couple of pics of the momma dog and her 3 beautiful christmas pups :) ..... in the first one,
from left to right, you have timmy, tinsel, and rocky ... tim kind of blends in with the blankie but you can
see how much smaller he is ...... the second one shows, from left to right, timmy, rocky, and tinsel ... i'm
not the greatest photographer, but will try and send more as i can.

hi mag ... thought it was time to send some new pics of the babies ... these were taken saturday,
1/15/00, their 3 week old birthday ..... the first pic is not the greatest ( i had just lifted momma dog out
and was ready to take babies out so i could change the sheets in the puppy pen - that is a constant
project LOL) , but i have not been able to get a better one that shows the size differences <g> ...
... the second pic was after i had lifted them out .... where better to stash them than in a pile of warm
laundry??? they loved it .... the are definitely typical min pins ! ...
... will send more pics soon ... i am still
getting the hang of this camera, so don't expect professional pics any time in the near future LOL.

Here's Angel, who is blind and diabetic. Isn't she beautiful? It is hard to
believe she was a stray, on her own for a long time. Anyone see a little
black and rust guardian angel looking over her shoulder?

I took Angel into the eyevet today. She was a little lady and even I was
impressed! she is usually so wiggly when she doesn't want to be looked at,
but was oh-so-good today. Doctor even commented on her superb behaviour.
This is what I found out today:
The vet did say she has a wonderful disposition, not all dogs will be so nice
after what she has been through. He also recommends adopting her to a home
with 1 sighted dog, as they should bond and the sighted dog should help her.
His theory on Woody is that she tried to be friends, he shunned her and she
wants to show him a thing or two. I don't know!
He has left the decision to take the eyes to me, he thinks with proper
management we can avoid the infections which have plaged her. It seems the
constant use of the antibiotics are killing off the good bacteria in her eye
sockets and leaving her open to more infections, and she is also becoming
immune to the antibiotics. We are going to use sterile eyewash 5 times a day
or more, a good throuough flooding followed by lubricating drops. The only
advantage to the eye removal is easier management for me. The eyes are dead
and she is in no pain.
I am pretty angry at this person, who ever he is, who did this to her, then
left her to fend for herself!

A note from Angel and Joy's new mom! Picture to follow, please add them to
the website!
thanks
Hi, Angel and Joy are doing great!!! They both slept with us last night,
both took their shots great this morning and ate very well. Angel likes
laying in the chair with Terry under the blanket and Joy wont let me out of
her sight. I couldnt believe how well Joy did with her shot this morning,
stood perfectly still for it and as soon as I pulled the needle out she
jumped straight up in my arms. They are so sweet. We are going to go and
get them their own dishes and all today and new tags with our phone # and
all. Just wanted to let you know that they are doing wonderful. More to
come...Darlene

Cody is a new diabetic foster guy. I can't get over how much he is like
Angel. He has short ears and is bigger, but so alike in so many ways.

Hi Mag,
Cheryl
Cheryl,
Not sure if you remember me or not, but I am the person that adopted Chloe.
Here is a pic of all my kids, which, by the way, were all rescue dogs. Chloe
and Rocky were IMPS rescues, and Harley was by another rescue. The pic was
so good, that I wanted to share it and let people know that rescue dogs do
find good, happy homes.

This is the little BYB dog that came from Kansas when his breeder shut down.
He had terrible sores on his feet from being in a wire bottomed cage and his
hair and teeth were falling out. He made a lot of progress and learned to
love and trust. He is blessed with a wonderful new home. This picture was
taken on his first day with his new family. I would not have left him if he
didn't let me know he loved this new Mom and Dad with one of his famous smiles!

Mag,
Reiley is the little dog I was fostering when our family was about to go on
vacation. My Mom agreed to watch her for me while we were gone. When I got
back my Mom said, "You are not getting her back." She and my Dad adopted
Reiley and are both so in love with Reiley. Reiley has made herself right at
home.
I am attaching a picture of my Mom and Reiley. Can you please post it on the
min-pin page?
Thanks,

Mag, here's some pictures of Penny, the girl with the bent nose (probably from a kick to the
face) She's oh so happy and spoiled, and her Momma, Cortney, adores her so. Definately a match

Here is a pic for the saluki site. The blk/tan on the left is the first foster Minnie I
adopted to my husbands aunt. The little guy on the right is my Redd. He is the whole reason
I am in IMPS. ( suckered me in) I am so grateful to have this little guy in my life. He can
make the worst day better by his goofy tricks. He is very much like having another kid lol.
thanks,

Hi, here are a few pictures for the site. I am very proud of my bunch of fur babies. Pardon
the mess as we were just moving in when these pictures were taken. The first one is of all 4 of
my current Minpins. Skittles is in the very front with cute ears. Big red is to the right
standing. Duke is in the back center and Redd Puppy is on the left. I have also included a
picture of my 2 babies. Duke is the black and tan and is giving me his normal okay Mom now
what are you doing look. The last is of Redd Puppy. I know this is one of those pictures
that he is going oh Mom why did you do this to me. I had him in my infant sons night sleeper.
It was too cute I had to take a picture. Redd however didn't think it was so cute. I just
wanted to share my furbabies and foster furbabies with each of you.

Woody & his baby

This is a picture of Woody and his baby.
This baby was in the goodwill bag until Woody found her. He loves to kill his
stuffed animals, but has not killed his baby. He has had her since he was
about 3 months old and she's only lost a couple of fingers.
Just had to take a picture of him sleeping with his baby, what a nut!

Hi, Mag
Here's Casey's Pictures for the website. I don't think he's available yet
because of eating problems, but here it is anyway.
Here's my Buck. He's such a sweeetheart!
Next picture I've got to get his tail in,it's strange to see a Minpin with
one.
Can you add Rex's picture to his Bio? If everyone sees how handsome he is,
everyone will want him.

Cleveland's Angel
Angel used to be a regular little girl, she had big, brown, beautiful eyes.
She had either a really bad eye infection or injuries to both eyes. Her
cornea's have big huge scars on them, so the eyes either were impaled, or so
badly infected. Either way, she was not attended to and her eyes died. They
were not always so small, they are just atrophied. Her eye sockets are
usually very red and that is from the tissues stretching to accomodate the
shrinking eyes. It is obvious that this injury isn't new.
