Dear Min Pin list,

I have been reading your stories and looking at the pictures for quite awhile now, and I thought I'd share a picture of my 'family'. The grumpy 12 year old, 13 pound cat is Phred, and he was a little put out this summer when I came home with a little sister for him. I did think of naming her Wilma, but in the end she was named Sweet P. This picture is from this summer when she was 4 months old. This saturday she will be 8 months old. She loves her mommy, her big brother and her Aunt Christina, Uncle Bob and their kids, but we are still working on the socialization and housebreaking. Oh, and we all want to send you all a big konnichi-wa from Nagoya Japan.

I know I recently sent you a 'New Years' greeting from Sweet P and Phred. Today, when I was in the pet store I noticed the pet kimonos were on sale, so I bought one for Sweet P. She posed so prettily, and I thought I would send them off to share with the list.

Dear Mag and MinPin list,

Sweet P is now officially one year old (March 25th) and we thought we'd send a few pics of our celebrations.

Got dressed up in nice frocks and went to the local Dog Cafe (creatively named 'Dog Cafe') as you can see, Sweet P enjoyed her 'cake'.

Our new friend Nok, a 3 1/2 month old Manchester Terrier, and Nok's mom. (Sweet P is in the stripes)

It has been awhile since I posted - probably since the untimely death of my beloved Sweet P. I finally decided to add to my 'family' and that little gal would be Kobi (Japanese for small beauty). She joins her feline big sister, Chloe. During the spring break, Kobi and I went to Westport, WA (on the coast) and as you can see, she holds a big dream of joining one of the 'Deadliest Catch' crews. *tee hee hee*

Hello again everyone. The last time I wrote I had pictures of Kobi and Chloe (the cat) and Kobi visiting the beach during spring break. Since then there has been another addition to our little family. Kobi and I were at the doggie Disneyland (also known as PetSmart) and there was an adoption event going on. There was one little gal that caught my eye, and eventually my heart. She was a puppy mill rescue. She had been one of the breeding dogs. We just celebrated her 3rd birthday, and she is learning everyday about life outside a wire cage. Anyway, I thought I would send a picture of Kobi (rather large ears) and Bitsy at the dog park. They tend to be 'benchwarmers' and wait for people to sit down and let them have a lap to snuggle on.
